The restored Grade 2 farmhouse has early 14th century origins including an intact medieval hall house roof. The Kennet and Avon Canal and Savernake Forest are close by with numerous footpaths for very good WALKING. We stand in our own land and have a new garden with a heated SWIMMING POOL. We have sown WILDFLOWERS in three fields and maintain footpaths around. We also have sheep, geese, chickens and a small dog. Each room has a colour television and basin. Whilst we do not serve evening meals there is the popular village PUB just a 150 metre walk away.
