The beautiful city of Bath, the famous cathedral city of Salisbury, Shaftesbury and Wells are all within easy reach. Among the many local places of interest are Longleat, Stourhead House and Gardens (NT), Stonehenge and the famous White Horse at Westbury. The town of Warminster is 4 miles away and shop and pubs a mile and a half.
