DescriptionIn an idyllic setting in the Wylye valley and yet only a few hundred yards below the main A36 this friendly family run pub overlooks Langford Lakes, one of the most prestigious Wildlife Reserves in Wiltshire.
Whether you have just visited the Langford Lakes wildlife reserve, the entrance is a few minutes away, or are stopping off on your journey you can be sure of a very warm and friendly service at The Rainbow on the Lake.
This unique setting is only a 15 minute drive from the World Heritage site of Stonehenge and 20 minutes from medieval city of Salisbury with its famous cathedral and spire.
The pub offers a range of cask ales, a good selection of wines (all available by the glass) and a great hot and cold drink selection in traditional surroundings with a welcoming atmosphere.
Traditional home cooked food is provided wherever possible using only the freshest produce sourced locally.
The Rainbow on the Lake makes the ideal venue for many events such as wedding receptions, christenings, birthday celebrations, family gatherings and wakes.
Families are most welcome and good level disabled access and facilities are available.
Monday to Saturday from 11.30 - 15.00 (17.00 on a Sunday)
(Food is served from 12.00 -14.00 (15.00 on a Sunday) and 18.30 until 21.00
The pub is closed on Sunday evenings during the winter months
