The house is surrounded by 8 acres and the garden leads down to the River Avon where guests are welcome to fish.Upavon is surrounded by many beautiful walks including the Salisbury Plain, the Marlborough Downs and the White Horses in Pewsey Vale. There is a challenging golf course, open to visitors, five minutes away. Stonehenge, Avebury, the pretty market towns of Marlborough and Devizes, Salisbury with its beautiful cathedral and Bath are all within very easy distance. Many guests have commented on the wonderful relaxed atmosphere, the very soft water, the comfort of the beds, the very warm welcome and of course the delicious breakfasts!
