DescriptionThis cosy country pub is ten minutes walk from the Kennet Avon Canal on the edge of the Savernake Forest and close to the Wilton Windmill.
With plenty of walking or cycling available along and around the canal the family friendly and dog friendly Swan makes a welcome break when you are out sampling some of the most beautiful countryside in the county.
If you are looking for that extra special ‘country pub’ lunch or evening meal with good food, good wine and a good reputation this traditional English pub is the one for you and well worth the journey.
The Swan offers a seasonal country menu, Daily Specials and fantastic honest Sunday Roast. Produce is sourced from local and regional producers.

As well as canal walking and cycling there are other walks starting and ending from at The Swan.
Wilton Windmill open to the public and the Crofton Beam Engine at the next village. There are steam Bank Holiday weekends when the world's oldest beam engine can be seen in operation.
