Description

We have been running our canal business on the Kennet & Avon Canal for the past 21 years.

White Horse Boats run a wide beam trip boat and three steel hulled canal boats for hire. The business operates from Devizes Wharf, close to the Kennet & Avon Canal shop/museum. Trips take you out into the beautiful Vale of Pewsey.

All the boats were fitted out locally, to a high standard, by Ian & Sue.

All our boats have central heating, cooker, fridge, toilet, shower, radio/CD player, hairdryer and 12 volt socket (negative earth). Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided but bedding apart from pillows is not.

Public trips from the Wharf run at weekends from Easter through to September but please contact us prior to your journey to ensure that trips are running.

Scroll the map a little northwest from the our business address 'red balloon' and doubleclick to zoom in to Dyehouse Lane then switch to 'hybrid setting'. The canal and narrow boats, building and car park will show very clearly on the south bank of the Kennet Avon Canal.
