The Woolley Grange Hotel is part of the Von Essen Hotels Group - a private collection of luxury hotels in the UK.

Situated on the fringe of the medieval wool town, Bradford on Avon and just 8 miles from the city of Bath, the Woolley Grange is set in 14 acres of its own grounds amongst beautiful Wiltshire countryside.

This Jacobean Manor House was built in the early 17th Century and a family house for over 400 years.
Woolley still retains the atmosphere of home. The air of beeswax and wood smoke, the luxury of an aromatherapy massage in your own room and the feeling of well being after a delicious meal are all part of life at Woolley.

Take some time out to relax and indulge in a few grown up pleasures. Read the paper, curl up by the fire with a good book or enjoy an aromatherapy massage in the comfort of your own room. In the summer months you can laze by the outdoor pool or visit our Victorian walled garden and purchase some of our freshly grown produce. Whatever the season our emphasis is on relaxation.

All 26 bedrooms are individually designed with much style and comfort. All vary in size and character some with feature bathrooms but all with the cosiness of home.

Patchwork quilts and antiques (everything is touchable) add to the ambience. You will find the majority of our rooms in the Main House but some are housed in the Stone Cottage and Coach House. The Pavilion building has contemporary style rooms.

Children are a very important part of life at Woolley. The Woolley Bears Den is open all day, every day (supervised from 10am - 4.45pm) – we have a variety of eating options for young and older children and also a wide variety of things to do. There is an outdoor play area, children's croquet, bikes, outdoor table tennis, football nets, board games, Play Station Two in the Long Room and of course an outdoor heated pool in the summer months.
High Tea is served everyday in the den kitchen. A choice of two meals per day can be ordered at reception. The 'teenies' lunch menu is available for children who are dining with parents and the ‘teenies’ dinner menu is served from 6:00pm.
